We depart on an international flight to Lisbon on Continental Airlines. Dinner and breakfast are served aboard.

Day 2 Fatima

Arriving in Lisbon, we enjoy a brief panoramic tour of the charming Portuguese capital. See the fanciful Belem Tower, Jeronimos Monastery, dedicated to the Virgin Mary, the Monument to the Discoveries and the Basilica of St. Anthony. Continue to Fatima with a stop in Santarem to take in the Miracle of the Bleeding Host. Overnight in Fatima. (D)

Day 3 Fatima

We visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima, starting at the pristine Basilica, with the tombs of Jacinta, Francisco and Sr. Lucia. Continue to the Capelinha, where Our Lady appeared to the shepherd children. Light a candle near the shrine, walk the lovely grounds or shop for religious articles nearby. Overnight in Fatima. Day 4 Fatima

This morning discover the hamlet of Aljustrel, the shepherd children's home. Continue to Valinhos, where Our Lady appeared after the children's release from prison. Visit the church where they were baptized and the local cemetery. Afternoon visit to the Stations of the Cross. Overnight in Fatima. (B, D)

Day 5 Fatima

Free day for personal devotions either inside Domus Pacis chapel or on the grounds of the Shrine. Overnight in Fatima. (B, D)

Day 6 New York, NY

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for our homebound flight arriving the same day. (B)
